	In the spirit of good citizenship, RGV extends specific opportunities for free website hosting services to non-government, non-profit organizations.  It broadly defines nonprofit organizations as those that provide free or need-based services to the general population of the Rockbridge community. RGV reserves the right to determine which organizations qualify on a case-by-case basis.
