RACC's Mission is: to promote the wise stewardship of natural resources and cultural heritage through education, advocacy, and action in order to protect and enhance the quality of life for present and future inhabitants of Rockbridge.

Members receive the Ridge and River News newsletter, e-mail notices of events and important issues, vote for Board members, and may become actively involved in projects or join committees. Basic annual dues are $25. The average annual membership contribution in 2002 was $52. RACC also receives numerous "in-kind" gifts.

The RACC Board meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Meeting times and locations are available from the RACC office and are posted on http://ecoevents.wlu.edu.
Monthly meetings of the Executive Committee and Board are open to all members.
